Order Placement Guideline
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Please make sure to provide your email address when placing your order if not you will not receive your order confirmation via email. Once an order has been submitted changes to ship to address cannot be accommodated. If the shipment process has begun, we will not be able to make any adjustments to your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Pre-Order + Shipping
The date provided on all Pre-Ordered merchandise is an ESTIMATE not a guarantee. This date is provided to give an idea of an approximate timeframe that we expect to receive shipment of the Pre-Order to our warehouse and in turn prepared for delivery to our customers. The specified date in NO WAY means you will receive your item on that date. Upon arrival to our warehouse, all orders are prepared for delivery. Order Preparation and delivery for Pre-Ordered Merchandise can take up to 5-7 business days depending on the order demand, so please allow the necessary time. Please check the website for any updates or transit delays. You may cancel your order at anytime prior to the order being shipped. *CREDIT CARDS CHARGED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. Expedited Shipping (Express) selected for Pre-Ordered Merchandise does not apply to the order until the item has arrived and is available to ship. Also, If you purchase multiple items in one order along with a *Pre-Order item, both items will ship together upon arrival of the Pre-Order Item. If you need items to ship separately it is best to purchase the items separately as shipping rates apply for double shipment.
IMPORTANT – Inspect all packages upon delivery. Note on the delivery receipt any obvious damage or notify the driver if present at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in you or your company being liable for the damaged merchandise. We cannot assist you in working out a settlement with DHL/USPS.com unless they are immediately notified of the damage. If you suspect internal damage OPEN IMMEDIATELY! Call DHL at 1-800-225-5345 or USPS at 1-877-569-6614 to file a damage claim upon delivery of any noticeable damage. Even if no damaged goods are suspected, open the carton(s) within 24 hours and make a thorough inspection. Hold all damaged goods and their packaging materials for inspection by DHL/USPS.com and call them to file a damage claim
Return Policy (Domestic Orders)
We accept returns within 7 business days from the delivery date. We ask that you return the item(s) in the original condition you received it/them in, along with all original packaging. Please note that any returned item/items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original condition will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer. Our soles are protected with a clear protection film that you peel off before wearing, we strongly recommend trying on a soft carpeted area. Shoes will not be returned if the plastic strip is missing or altered in any way. We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition with box and dust bag or do not meet our quality standards.

- If you elect to use your own shipping service, we require a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. (Contact info@localhost for a Return Authorization Number.) Dminjcouture.com will not be responsible for any packages shipped by the customer. In the event the package is lost, the customer will be responsible for tracking and routing the package back to Dminjcouture.com and getting it to our warehouse within the time period allotted for a return to be accepted. Please keep tracking number on record until the refund confirmation email is received. Returns must be received within 7 business days of the Return Authorization approval date for a full refund. Any return received after the 7-day period will be returned to sender.
- Returns can take up to 7 business days after delivery for our e-commerce warehouse to process. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition is acceptable, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 5 business days. Please note we reserve the right to reject returns on damaged goods that do not pass inspection upon receiving at our warehouse. All sales taxes will be refunded; however original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. A credit will post to your statement within 2-7 business days depending on your financial institution. Dminjcouture.com cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
International Return Policy
We ship globally with certain exceptions. Duties and taxes must be pre-paid and will be collected at checkout. All international orders are FINAL SALE.
Sale Items
All sale items are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return or exchange without exception. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note we do not do price adjustments on items previously purchased at full price. If an item is purchased on sale and the price drops during the sale time we are unable to do a price adjustment.
